Training Log

Three miles a day. Will be moving to four miles a day on Tuesday. So far, so good. Sore a little, nothing aspirin can't cure. Investing in better shoes this week. My old running shoes are sort of old.

Of course you can do it! (you can do it, I could not). You are doing great. Isn't it always about the shoes?

Holy crap! You are !@#$-ing amazing! I hear people 'say' they are going to walk/run for miles, but they don't actually DO it! Good job, you are now officially my hero :-)
